I am so proud!

Yesterday Ava bore her testimony in sacrament. She has been watching all the kids go up for the last couple months and has been bugging Nate and I every fast Sunday saying that she wants to go up and bare it. Finally yesterday Nate said he would take her. I kept on saying she is not going to say anything she is only two!!! there is no way she is going to go up in front of the whole congregation and say it (adults can't even get the guts to go up there!) Well Nate took her she sat in the seat with her arms folded while the lady finished and as soon as she was done Ava jumped out of her seat and walked right up to the pulpit. Of course she couldn't reached it! Nate picked her up and she grabbed the mic and loudly said,"I like to bare my testimony, know this church is true, love Jesus Amen." I just sat and bawled I was so proud. It was the best moment so far as a mom to see that my two year old wanted to bare her testimony and that maybe what we talk about every night before she goes to bed has been working! I am so grateful for Ava and the example she is to me the phrase "to become as a little child" has never meant so more to me than it did yesterday!
